Here's the historic one.
There are no inside pics but I'll make sure to take some when we go look at it. According to the listing it was built in 1795. Not really sure I want to buy a house that old.

Re: House pics
Isn't it SO PRETTY????
I really hope the inside isn't a wreck because that will make me super sad. The price is good on it but even if the inside is perfect, I don't know if I will be able to convince the H unless every part of the electrical and plumbing have been updated.
That is gorgeous.
Here's my question: Lets say you did purchase it, will your town's board need to approve your renovations in order for you to maintain its historic look? THAT can be a huge pain in the arse.
*That happened to my old bosses. They are designers here in NYC, bought a house in CT. Very old, super gorgeous. Any renovations they did had to go for approval so that it maintained historical integrity.
It was UGLY.

I honestly have no idea. If it needed a lot of renovations, we wouldn't buy it anyway.
And interro, that's what I'm hoping! lol.

We miss you and love you always, little firecrackers!
LOL, hey you can go see it too! It's not a bad price and the town it is in is nice!
And a disco ball. Can we have a disco ball please?
And a keg for our keg stands at 9 pm Saturday night.
Do we have to wait that late?
