B: I was going to have cereal but HR is bringing in bagels for a 10am meeting. I will eat an orange and a banana right now to hold me over and then treat myself to a bagel!

E - not sure. I may need to go to the podiatrist - I think I have a bad ingrown toenail, so if I can get in today, not sure if I'll work out. If I can't get in today, I'll suck it up & do a run after the kids are in bed. My least favorite time to work out, but such is life. I think the plan calls for 4-5 miles today, on the dreadmill.
