I usually know what I will wear the night before because I am a zombie in the morning.
I do plan my footwear on the weather or my activities that day because I walk to work. I also have heels at the office if I have to wear my boots into work.

This for me too. But we never have meetings so it's purely based on weather mixed with mood. We do not have any dress code at all. I could wear yoga pants if I wanted (but I never have).
