A tropical vacation - finally!
We just booked our vacation in June with our best friends! Dreams resort in La Romana Dominican Republic for 5 nights 
I'm so excited and I can't stop looking at pictures of warm tropical locations.

I'm so jealous!! That sounds amazing. I'm assuming since it's a Dreams resort it's all-inclusive? THOSE ARE MY FAVORITE!!
I really want to take a trip in June, since we'll officially start TTC after my half marathon on 6/9. I was thinking about a cruise since H has never been on one...but we LOVE all-inclusives SO MUCH, so maybe we'll save the cruise for a later day? Or maybe we'll just save our money and vacation time for our future kid, who knows!

Yeah, it's the best all-inclusive we could find (we got it through a half off special kayak.com was having) It includes all food, any restaurant with no reservations needed, domestic and imported alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, non-motorized water sports like kayaks, catamarans, wind boards, etc. and because we booked our flight at the same time we got $200.00 resort credit (for the spa lol) and free ground transport. It was a pretty sweet deal.
SWEET! That IS a good deal! But let me be honest - I love ANY deal that includes booze!

Noron: do it now!! Honestly, we took 2 cruised and went to an all inclusive since getting married, and I still wish we could have fit one more in (we would have gone on a cruise this April, but they threatened to take away some days if we had many more snow days).
That sounds like so much fun! I've always wanted to visit the dr but have not had a chance to yet. You'll have to share all kinds of pictures so we can live vicariously through you!
noron, I agree...take a trip now! I kind of regret having to cancel our "babymoon". The extra money for baby stuff is nice but a last vacation with only DH would have been better.
