Re: Chevy equinox
I have a 2007 and I
mine. It is getting a bit snug for us now with two car seats and a double stroller in the back but we still love it.
It is a smooth ride and the height of an SUV (which I wanted for safety reasons) but the length and gas mileage of most cars. Plus, the safety ratings and features themselves are great.
To piggy back off of what chrisnjay said, if you are planning on expanding your family in the near future, I would go with the traverse instead. I love my equinox but like I said, it is getting snug.
After we get our house this spring, I will be trading in for the traverse. It is the same car, just one more row and more trunk space. Even if we don't put anyone in the third row, the space alone is really needed.
I know, it is so damn pricey!! That is why we are waiting, so the loan is not against us when we go buy a house. Anyways, if you are a one baby fam for a while, the equinox is a great crossover : )
