All this food talk makes me hungry, so whats for dinner?
Its yucky here today, snowing and sleet so I am staying in all day. I pulled out some chicken I just need to figure out what to do with it since I don't want to go to the grocery store.

Re: WFD
I have dance so Kev will have left over Chicken and Salsa soup I made last night. It's yummy! Super easy too.
Any white bean (great northern, cannelini), chicken broth, shredded chicken, can of green chiles, corn, a jar of salsa and done. Serve with shredded cheddar or whatever cheese and tortilla chips.
I ran out of salsa so I used diced tomatoes with jalepenos and it was fine!

We're having WW beef stew out of the crockpot for dinner tonight with some fancy wheat bread for sopping up delicious gravy.
Last night we had a hawaiian chicken thing, also made in the crockpot...4-6 chicken breasts, chunk pineapple(drained) and bbq sauce. Dump them in the crockpot on high for about 3-4 hours then shred the chicken and mix everything up so it's all covered in sauce. We hate with rice and frozen stir fry veggies. Also thought it would be good with crushed pineapple and served on a kaiser roll.
There's always Pinterest
The hawaiian chicken sounds good and I think I have all the needed ingredients.
Stand up for something you believe in.
