Pregnant H&F'ers check in
Hi all...I haven't been around much as I clearly don't have a lot to talk about in the way of workouts/running these days, but I wanted to say hi and see how the other pregnant ladies of the board are doing.
Still working out? What are you doing?
Any fun pregnancy related updates?

Re: Pregnant H&F'ers check in
As for me, I am very excited about hitting 30 weeks on Friday! I feel like it's a big milestone. Last ultrasound both babies were head down, which is great if they stay that way.
I am still walking on my treadmill using an incline and trying to do about 2.5-3 miles 3-4x a week, and lifting general arms and legs (squats, push ups, etc. 2x a week) It's no running, but I feel better keeping a routine and getting some exercise in. (Around 21 weeks I got some restrictions, and my doctor said only walking and swimming, not that it matters because I am pretty sure I wouldn't be able to run with my huge belly anyway).
Pregnancy wise I am doing good for the most part. No complications or any issues yet. Starting to move slower and definitely need rest each night after work.

Wow, 30 weeks already??!!
I am very lucky that I am still running. I am able to run about 30-35 miles per week and may even reach 40 miles this week! I've also been making sure to strength train and cross train. I have upped my protein intake too so that I am not taking anything from baby girl!
She is moving around a lot. and I feel like I have really gotten big over the last few days.

I've been a giant walking ball of H&F fail. Whomp whomp. Lifting anything remotely heavy seems to make my ribs shift out of place now. FUN! I feel like if I'd kept up with lifting, even just b/w stuff, I could have helped prevent that.
I'm trying to get in some bike time, but was having such rib/back pain last week that that was out.
I'm trying to get in walking though! However, it's a LOT slower than it used to be. I went for a walk at lunch on Monday and started out at my old fast pace. I'm pretty sure that brought on my first noticeable Braxton Hicks. I slowed it down and things were much better.
I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and that sort of feels like some sort of weird milestone. Now sure why.
I am, however, very much looking forward to busting my own arse to get back in shape during my year off. We got a Baby Jogger City Mini stroller from my parents, and while it's not a true jogging stroller, that's fine, because I'm no jogger. It should be perfect for lots of walks though.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Hi Breezy!
I have been out of the gym for most of first tri because of nausea. I went a few times between weeks 6-9, and then had a bleeding scare so I tookoff altogether for two weeks until our NT scan on Monday. Now, I am starting to feel much better nausea-wise (and comfort-level wise, too) so I am back to CrossFit. I went on Monday and I'm so sore! I am planning to go again tonight, and probably Friday morning and/or Saturday morning. My goal is 3-4X/week for as long as I can. DH and I are also going to register for a 5K--not in June, because I don't want to plan that far out, but in April when I'll be smaller and the weather will be cooler.
Eating-wise, I am still kind of a mess. I just have no appetite or taste for anything, so I wind up eating really random stuff that is usually not healthy.
Fun updates? My CF box is throwing a joint baby shower for the 5 pregnant ladies! There's a total baby boom going on. We are all due in the summer, so it will probably be sometime in June or early July. Apparently we are all getting "burpee cloths" for the babies.
Also, my NT scan went great and the risk of Downs and T18 are both very low, so yay.

I'm still doing well H&F-wise.
Managing to work out 5-6 days a week consistently. Usually running 3-4.5 miles 2-3 times a week and doing the elliptical or bike (or combo) the other days of the week. Hoping to keep this up!
Updates - my baby shower is this Sunday and I'm excited about that.
Hi Ladies
I'm doing very well H&F-wise. I'm still feeling great with lots of energy and no nausea. I feel very lucky! I have become more consistent with working out over the past few months- running 4 to 5 times a week and strength training 3 days a week. I plan to continue to be as physically active as possible!

Sounds like everyone is doing well.
daisysle - I know, I can't believe it some days. Although, the bigger I get the further away it feels knowing I still have about 8 weeks. (Doctors will induce or schedule C/S by 38 weeks for me)
Raynes - 32 weeks is a big deal! We got a fairly basic Graco double stroller to start and I am excited to get out on walks, too! I plan to get a BOB or similar jogger by fall though. I also get BH when I walk sometimes. I usually stop for a few seconds, and they pass quickly.
Brie - sounds like you go to an awesome box! Burpee cloths - so cute. My appetite has become weird again, so I gravitate towards the carbs, too.
blenderdance - I am walking on the treadmill, too. I like it because I can walk at an incline to get my heart rate up a little, but it is boring for sure. I recently got an ipad and have been reading the Hunger Games series when I walk. Makes the time pass quickly! Hoping I can start walking outside instead once this recent snow/ice we got melts away.
