Planned Eating & Exercise for Thursday

This has been a LONG week!

B: Bran Flakes, Grape Nuts & Fiber One w/ banana in skim milk

L: Roast beef, cheese & veggies on multi-grain, broccoli with hummus, parmesan & garlic pita chips

S: Orange, cottage cheese, Valentine's chocolate

D: Jamaican beef patty, plantains, salad & a Red Stripe - revisiting our past trips to Jamaica b/c it's been a tough week for DH & I.

E: I MUST get outside for a walk - it is going to be almost 80 here today!

  • B: vegetable hashbrown frittata left overs
    S1: banana
    L: lentil, mushroom, barley and carrot stew left overs, apple
    S2: plain chobani yogurt, nature valley oats 'n dark chocolate
    S3: almonds
    D: winter vegetable pot pie

    E1: Couch to 5K Week 1.5 - Day 2 before work
    E2: In-Office Physical Therapy after work

  • B: coffee, Kashi bar, Greek yogurt

    S: pistachios, banana

    L: bean & cheese burrito, dates

    S: goldfish crackers, chocolate milk (I checked ... today I have chocolate milk instead of nasty Muscle Milk)

    D: TBA. We still have a mountain of leftovers that need to be eaten today.

    E: rest day

  • E: Week 1 Day 4 JM Body Rev

    B: 2 scrambled eggs, salsa, cheddar cheese, 2 slices of bacon, choco milk

    L: Chicken noodle soup, cucumber w/ lemon, string cheese, grapes

    S: plain Greek yogurt w/ honey, cinnamon, vanilla, almonds

    D: probably tuna salad w/ cucumbers, hb eggs, carrots, romaine lettuce; couple slices of french bread w/ butter.

  • PE: 1/2 luna bar

    E: 45 mins treadmill

    S: other 1/2 of luna bar

    B: 2 hard boiled eggs

    L: Lean Cuisine Panini

    S: lf string cheese

    D: spaghetti w/ homemade turkey meatballs and marinara sauce

  • I agree - Long, long week.

    Breakfast: scrambled eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon

    Lunch: Big salad with ceasar chicken

    Dinner: Not sure yet, something with cabbage and pork sausage because that's what I have in my fridge.

    Exercise: Weights, hopefully. 
  • B: ww cream of wheat, hot tea

    L: Lean Cuisine lasagna, Greek yogurt

    D: veggie chicken nuggets, cous cous or rice, and whatever vegetable looks good

    S1: ww crackers

    S2: 1/2 bagel thin w/pbj

    Dessert: tangerine

    E: If I feel up to it either an hour bike ride or an hour on the trainer nice and really, really easy. I'm still sick. 

  • B - coffee w/milk, egg scrambled with diced red pepper & cheese on a ww English muffin + sliced fruit

    S - veggies with dip or Nugo bar

    L - spaghetti + fruit

    S - peanut butter pretzels

    D - Haven't decided yet. May make DH tilapia & do something different for myself. It was on the menu for tonight, but just checked & we only have one piece.

    E - 5-6 mile run + arms/abs

  • B: Honey bunches of oats w/ pecans in 1% milk

    L: Leftover butternut squash, chickpea and red lentil stew; nonfat vanilla yogurt.  (I'm honestly not excited about it, the stew didn't turn out nearly as good as I'd hoped.  I could easily be talked into going out for lunch today!)

    S: Kashi granola bar

    D: No idea (unless I end up going out for lunch, then I'll have the leftover stew for dinner.)

    E: Rest or easy yoga to stretch

  • B: plain bagel w/ cream cheese, an orange

    L: 3 bean turkey chili w/ a dollop of FF sour cream, a little shredded 2% cheddar and an apple

    S: greek yogurt

    D: spaghetti w/ turkey meatsauce, roasted broccoli

    E: easy 3.5 mile run
