we did the math with our grocery bill and the cost per month. it comes out to about $50 more for the month. eating healthy is expensive as it is and we don't buy nearly as many fruits/veggies as we should.
i'm also concerned about gaining the weight back, but it's about getting back on track and relearning not to stuff my face at every meal. we will see.
