Recommend your....

.... hair dryer!

Flat irons?  I have plenty.  Hair dryers?  Not so much...

I somehow have either misplaced mine and/or threw it away without realizing it, but it wasn't there when I needed it, and now I need to get one.  Ah well, it was 10 years old anyway.... time for an upgrade!

  • How much of a splurge are you looking for?  I just bought a Sedu Revolution through Folica's exchange program ($40 off the salon dryer of your choice) and it is epically awesome.

  • I have a BaByliss, they are a little expensive but I love it. My hair comes out so shiny and never looks fried.

Honestly, I'll take any and every suggestion at this point.  I don't dry my hair often, but when I do I want it looking good, and I dont think a cheapy will help me in that department, unless someone has one they adore.  I'm all ears!

  • I am so glad you posted this. I have been thinking of splurging on a hair dryer myself. Currently I use a Con-Air which is okay (and it's a retractable cord which is good for storage), but sometimes my hair gets frizzy and I wonder if a better dryer would fix that.

My old one was a con-air.  It was purple.  It was pretty... but it sucked

I have seriously thick hair like I believe you do...  this one comes with 2 nozzles (attachments?) with varying widths so you can target the amount of hair you want to ensure the style comes out exactly as planned.  This + a round brush= glorious blow outs.  My longest one has lasted 5 days.

Also, it has 2 power settings, 2 heat settings, and an ionizer.

I bought a $9 hairdryer to send in instead of sending them my other one (a pink ConAir) because I want to keep it for the diffuser attachment.

  • I need to know more about this exchange program... do tell?!?

This is my blow dryer and I love it! It's my second one because I broke the first one, and loved it so much that I replaced it with the exact same thing. I get very little frizz with it on it's own but I also use John Frieda Collection Frizz-Ease Hair Serum before I blow dry (which is only about once per week) and I get no frizz and my ahir feels amazing and is super shiny.
