Top Chef Finale 02-29-12 Spoilers
So Paul won. Didn't everyone already know he would?
I still think it was stupid how they picked random people to come back and compete to be sous chef. And the two seperate groups of judges, while also cooking for random diners? The whole thing was not becoming of a final challenge. Why couldn't they just cook a knockout meal for 6-8 judges?
BTW - did anyone watch WWHL after the finale with Sarah and Paul? Andy dropped a tasty tidbit about the reunion and the "interesting conversation" that took place regarding how Sarah treated Beverly. I'm way more excited to watch the reuinion then I was to watch the finale.
Re: Top Chef Finale 02-29-12 Spoilers
I'm glad Paul won and I did find it weird that they had to cook for a whole restaurant for the finale. IRL though if you are a top chef shouldn't you be able to cook that quality meal for a whole restaurant?
But, I liked that they made the potential sous chefs cook a meal to be picked by. You can tell in past seasons that some of the past contestants didn't want to by sous chefs (hello, Stephen drinking the entire time he was "helping" Tiffany
So if you didn't want to be choosen you could just make crap. I did find it very strange that they had people who didn't even make the cut and 2 master chefs (who I had never heard of).
I would have LOVED it if they had had Bev be a possible sous chef.
Do you guys read these? HYSTERICAL.

This was awesome! That gif of Heather is horrendous, and is exactly how I will forever remember her.
To the PP that picked up on the heifer sisters - lol. Heather and Sarah are the epitome of heifer sisters.
Litasail,
Thank you for that!
OMG that his hilarious! I blurted out laughing at his line about squares having rectangular influences.

Worst season evah.
I didn't even watch the episode and for me, that's saying something.
I was not thrilled with this season either and I had high hopes being that I'm from Texas. I was rooting for Lindsey but I'm happy with Paul. Paul's dad was the cutest.
And that recap was hysterical!
