For my Coffee-Loving Sisters
You.need.this. I got it for Christmas and I love it.
It's so simple - you brew eight ounces of coffee and six cups of water in this thing:
and it lasts for weeks. The bottom glass part is the storage container:

The ratio is like, one part coffee to three parts milk. I usually use a splash of half and half and then the rest skim. Yesterday I used coconut milk and it was like that coconut iced coffee at DD.
Since I drink iced coffee by the gallon this is definitely cheaper than any other option.
Edited the pics so they're smaller!

Re: For my Coffee-Loving Sisters
um i am totally looking into buying this.
Also, i think my coffee habit is contributing to my 2.5 second attention...
look shiny light.
I actually got this BECAUSE of the Keurig - when I had a "regular" coffee maker, I'd make six cups at a time, drink two hot, then the other four cold. Now I only make one cup at a time in the Keurig so I have no "leftover" to drink iced...this is the perfect solution!
Well fvvck. That totally rationalizes this purchase in my head!
i'm not a huge fan of iced coffee, but that just looks cool!
does the coffee get stronger as it sits in the storage container?
I have been looking for you. Please re-visit the happiness post and tell me more about those cookies!
**drool**
i just did! and yeah, they are drool worthy!
I just saw that. Thank you so much for sharing.
I haven't tried iced coffee with my Keurig yet, but are you using the iced coffee K-cups? I've heard of people try to ice regular K-cups and heard it's disgusting.
Joce, I use an eco-brew basket for my Keurig - my own coffee in a little plastic cup - so when I make a cup of coffee and ice it, it tastes the same as icing regular coffee.
I've tried both ways, and neither were that great. It could be operator error. For the life of me I can't seem to get the eco-basket thing to work right without overflowing grounds into my coffee. I'm sort of mechanically challenged.
Oooh, that's awesome! I'll have to look into that.
LOL! I had grounds in my coffee this morning and have no idea why.
