She doesn't appear ready to be back in that world again. She looks 25 years older than she is. Most people in recovery know down to the day when they last drank/used drugs. She seemed very sketchy when asked about that. I also thought was interesting that she didn't see that any of what happened to Whitney could happen to her. I think she is going through the motions to try to get her career back (probably pushed by her mother). She doesn't seem like someone who was really recovered or accepting of what had happened. I think she is a tragedy waiting to happen. I hope she can actually get herself together. She had so much potential at one point.
Re: Lindsey Lohan Interview
Every time I watch Mean Girls I am reminded of how adorable she used to be. I wonder if she ever sees herself in that time of her life and thinks, "Wow, I was so freaking cute."
Honestly? I think Dina is a real piece of work and does nothing to help her daughter. She sees Lindsay as her meal ticket.
I think she is hosting this Saturday.
And even thought I hate to admit it, I was still fascinated at the same time I was disgusted with her.
I was dropping my kid off at daycare and at a glance saw the news when she was on and thought, "who is that old woman?" Then I realized who it was! I don't care much about her but it's just too bad, thinking of the potential she had.
