Thankful Thursday
I'm thankful it's Thursday. That means the weekend is right around the corner!
I'm thankful overtime hasn't started at work yet. I'm not ready to work 10 hour days and Saturdays yet.
I'm thankful we were able to pay off Ryan's car this week! Feels so good!!
I'm thankful for our families and friends who care so much about us.
I'm thankful for my furbabies. They always know how to put a smile on my face.

I'm super thankful I get to hear the Little Lion's heartbeat today! So wish I got to see him/her again, but I'll take what I get!
I'm thankful I took today off...but not thankful I ended up ACTUALLY getting sick on my mental health day! sigh. karma sucks.
I'm thankful for baby consignment sales. I got a stroller, pack n play, bouncer and one of the high chairs that attaches to a seat - all to keep at my parents house and not have to lug there every time we visit + a few outfits for the LL and 2 pairs of maternity pants & 2 tops for me...for a total $142.
I'm thankful that my brother and his fellow soldiers arrived safely in Afghanistan.
I'm thankful that DH and I both have jobs that allow us to live a pretty nice lifestyle and have lots of time off.
I'm thankful for our wonderful families and friends!

I'm thankful I didn't get hurt falling down the stairs last night - it was a moron move.
I'm thankful it's March and that there's only 3 months left until the CFA exam.
I'm thankful the idiot light in my car went off this morning. It was for the gas cap and though Mark and I both re-screwed it on it wouldn't go off. I would have been ashamed to have to tell my Dad I couldn't get the gas cap on correctly.
I'm thankful we have good jobs that allow us enough time and money to do some traveling this year.
I'm thankful the bridal shower for one of my friends is being held early. I was worried it was going to conflict with my cousin's and I didn't want to have to choose.

I'm thankful my sister is willing to babysit so I don't have to take Kenzie to the city with me.

Which sale did you go to? I tried looking for some around here and all I found was the local Moms of Multiples one on March 18. I'm totally going!
I'm thankful for our little Jellybean who seems to be growing healthy and strong inside of me.
I'm thankful for T, even though I know he's super stressed with work right now, he still tries to do nice things for me and make sure I'm happy.
I'm thankful we finally decided on a nursery theme and bought bedding. I know it's not really necessary to have a bedding set, but they're so cute and I can't wait to decorate, even if I won't use the bumpers or the quilt in the crib, I'll find other uses for them!
And on that note, I'm thankful for very gently used baby items that can be bought for a steal! Can you say PBK complete bedding set for less than $100 in my favorite theme/print?! Our bank account thanks me!
I'm thankful my mom is finally deciding to go forward with her hip replacement surgery, it's been over 2 years of her dealing with it and I'm so glad she found a doctor who does a less invasive procedure with a short recovery time. I feel like when she comes to visit after Jellybean is born I won't have to worry about her and navigating our house and all the stairs after she gets it done.
I'm thankful for my DH. He puts up with my moods, supports me when I want to try something new, and has recently started making dinner for us almost every night.
I'm thankful for my wonderful family!
I'm thankful that my mom invited me to go to London with her and my sister!
I'm thankful that there is the possibility that the college may close early today due to a storm that's on it's way (all local k-12 schools are closed and it's not even snowing lol)...it's doubtful, but there's a chance!

I'm thankful that I didn't have a heart attack last night when I was on the treadmill..just jogging 1.5 minutes got my heart rate up to 200! Man, I need to get in shape!!

I'm thankful that I finally got the courage to ask to get more involved at church. I'm leading worship at my church on the 11th and I've been wanting to do that for a few years now.
I went to one near Harrisburg, PA since BFF lives there and I knew I had today off anyway.
Google: Wee-cycle and TotSwap Consignment Sale...they have a couple different locations (of course, I'll be in Indy for the Frederick one...but I think I'll take it seeing as though I'll get to see Kari! :-) )
I'm registered for the Wee-cycle in Carroll county in April, but if we havent found a house yet...we might be gone that weekend...booo.

This is awesome! It seems like juuust when I get comfortable enough to step into serving positions, it's time to move again. I'm thankful for my job, my home and where I live but I'm anxious to just get settled somewhere already so I can establish a solid church family and put down some roots.
I'm thankful for my best friend who has been such a support over these past two years. God truly knew what he was doing when he put that particular woman in my life 17 years ago... I went to prom with her now husband... whoda thunk she'd become my bestest.
I'm thankful for the challenges of life... if it weren't for them, I think I'd take the everyday good stuff for granted. I'm a lot more grateful for my job, my home, my dogs, my family, even sunny days, lol... Challenges put life into a much better focus and perspective.
I'm thankful that the field trip I planned went so extremely well! I'm super exhausted, we had a furlough day yesterday (so glad actually!) and I called in today to recover from my body completely giving out on me. I was planning to take tomorrow as a personal day to just have "me" time but my body had other ideas...
I'm thankful for the troops still serving their country overseas and for the sacrifices their families make.
