Another mortgage rate?
I meant to ask what kind of loan for the mortgage rates...conventional or FHA? Does it matter if it's conventional or FHA when it comes to the mortgage rates?

The 3.875% rate we locked was 20% down, conventional 30 year loan.
We got exactly the same, but had to pay 5/8 of a point (which came out to about 900 dollars) to get that rate. Via Chase.
