2nd interview questions
I have been looking for a new job for almost a year now and have had a few 1st interviews but haven't made it to 2nd interviews.I've also been hired after just the 1st interview in the past so 2nd interviews are a little foreign to me.
I'm curious to know what questions they might ask that would be different from my 1st interview. It is with 1 person I haven't met and 1 person I already interviewed with. Also, is it usually a good sign to be contacted for a 2nd interview?
Is it ok to talk about salary at a 2nd interview or is that something I would wait to discuss until or if I get an offer?
I'm so excited about this because I really want the job and I just don't want to screw up this round of interviews.

Re: 2nd interview questions
I would normally discuss salary range in a first interview. Salary specifics should be discussed only when an offer was extended.
Sometimes second interviews are the same questions a different person. In general to prepare, I would read samples of behavioral or "STAR" interviewing questions. If you practice those, you should be fine for most any interview.
I did not bring up salary in my second interview and did not plan on it. They asked for my salary requirements and I provided them during the second interview.
I went in with a written list of question in my second interview. I also made sure to expand on and reference things that were mentioned in the last interview and I paid attention to things that they seemed hesitiant about or areas that I lacked and used examples from my prior experience that applied.
And yes, it's a good thing to get called in for a second interview. I was one of over 200 applicants and 1 of 18 for the first interview and 1 of 5 for the second and got the job.
