XP: Hong Kong recs?
DH and I are in Hong Kong refreshing his visa and today is our last full day. Thursday we went to Disneyland (I couldn't help myself, I'm a child at heart I guess) and yesterday we just walked the streets all day. Today we can't decide if we want to do the museums (right next to our hotel), go over to the island, or walk the streets more.
What would you do if it were your last day in Hong Kong??

It depends on the day... if it was Wednesday, I would go to the Happy Valley Race track.. I might go to Victoria Peak and walk down, it's a nice walk down, enjoy the light show at 8;00 p.m.go to the markets, walk the escalator stairs and stop for a few drinks.
