Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. So now we are at the point where we are doing DH's medical exam and we don't have records of his immunizations.
He was born here and had to have had all the shots, but how do we track down his records? We really don't want to have to get them all again and it is not cheap.
Any advise?

I have found some info on his records from his undergrad. However, there are a lot of shots listed that are needed. Do you know if we have to have them all?

My dh tried and was unable to get his immunization records from the NHS, and had to have them redone. The link above is the price list from the Embassy recommended doctor, but you don't have to go there, you can do it through the NHS which can be cheaper.
This is the list of what he needs, I have no idea what his age is so it is based on that:
