Well shoot! 30 miles behind in my running for Feb!
I sent all of my workouts to my coach AKA cousin. And it turns out i was 30 miles behind my target. I thought I did really good, especially since I'm doing swimming and biking as well. I guess I have to really stick to my workouts this month and not drop anything. She did say that I did too much swimming, so I can drop down some yardage! Darn!

Ehhh...it happens. From seeing your posts, it still looks like you had a great month. Reasses & adjust for this month. Fwiw.... I'm always in awe of the swimming miles. I can rock out a 20 mile run no problem, but holy hell, swimming is a whole different beast. I have serious admiration for the triathletes here.

I really dislike running, well mostly just starting it, so any chance for me to get out of it I will. But if I have an end goal I might do a bit better. And yeah, I agree 30 is a lot to miss!
