Need a good St. Paddy's Day Dessert
I'm doing the traditional corned beef, potatoes, and cabbage dinner (boring, IMO, but it's what my family wants), and I need a good dessert idea.
Re: Need a good St. Paddy's Day Dessert
I made a Guinness ice cream one year that turned out great and was something out of the ordinary. http://beansbistro.blogspot.com/2008/03/rich-treat-guinness-ice-cream.html
You can always incorporate Guinness into some sort of cake too I bet.
I made these last year and they have been requested again (by DH & coworkers). http://annies-eats.com/2009/10/16/guinness-baileys-cupcakes/
I am also considering making Bailey's ice cream. No recipe yet, but I am sure they are out there.
