Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have to say, my boss is awesome
Not that I don't want to stab her repeatedly w/ a scoopula on occasion (not often, but sometimes), but, truly she's awesome.
She has an amazing background in education, is a mathematician, and used to do specialty work in helping find learning disabilities.
Right now, when I know she's swamped beyond belief, she is sitting at a table, tutoring a low-level math student who has a particular and problematic situation.
Because he needs a certain type of help and no one else can do it in the timeframe he needs it.
Granted, this means I'm *NOT* meeting w/ her right now and will be staying late tonight, but she's still awesome. And the kid has no idea how lucky he is that this muckity-muck is working w/ him
