Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am wicked sore from yoga yesterday (that'll teach me to hop into BBE's intermediate class after a week off). There is a package waiting on my doorstep. One of my favorite instructors is teaching tonight.

Also, how are your abs feeling? where are you sore? I want to know how my class affected you! (It's all about me again, isn't it?)

Dude, my abs are killing me. Part of it is from coughing, but part of it is definitely your diabolical creas (sp?). My whole body is sore because I was such a slug last week! My legs and shoulders hurt too.
I probably won't be there tomorrow though! Baby sister is in town and we're planning to go swimming. I can check w/K anyway though if you want.
