Can we get some wedding and babeh updates?
I remember at least two soon-to-be-wed hotties, one newly knocked-up, and the multitude of kids already birthed.
If you are not knocked up or getting married, what's been big in your life lately?
For me, continuing my path to wellness and getting healthy. Reading a ton of books, dating a nice guy, enjoying life, la dee dah.
Look with your special eyes.
Re: Can we get some wedding and babeh updates?
I read this as "just making my whole life AMAZING. No biggie." You rock gaultipoo!
Since I'm not getting hitched or spawning, I have nothing exciting to add. Sorry!
Bullshiit. You became a yoga instructor.
No kidding. That's pretty damn cool.
I do not have a wedding or a baby. Or, really, anything big.
THANKS FOR MAKING ME REALIZE THAT
You're pretty
ME TOO!!!!!!
You just moved in with amazing BF extraordinaire!
You're in your first year of teaching and doctoring and influencing impressionable young minds! And grading terrible papers! And being a good puppy mom!
See? Everyone is awesome.
I am an unwed mother.
But I live with my SO and have for several years. Does that count? No plans to marry anytime soon. Started WeWa and am back to prepreggo weight. Today R stared daycare, and I am officially back FT.
I also got my teeth cleaned over noon.
But Indy is full-sized, it's been 9 months since I became a doctor, and 7 months since I started being a professor. Those things are yesterday's news! I need things on the horizon to impress you!
Aww thanks! But that's all I've been talking about lately so I assumed you all knew and were tired of that "update"!
awww, you're pretty too gault!
sooo.. can we hear more about the nice guy you're dating?
Things are moving along on my end, I'm spending my time these days working on the bookmarks for save the dates. We've also contacted a few other venues to have our ceremony and met with some officiants, but haven't decided on one person yet. As you could see from my thread below, we're considering bagpipes for the music. Mainly because we have a close friend who plays them and I would for him to be a part of our wedding.
FI has also started the red and white wine batches for the wedding favors. The red is coming along very very nicely!
I think that's about all!
I have an upcoming wedding and a puppy!
Wedding planning isn't even happening right now because we live and breath this puppy who has consumed out lives!
But he's so freaking cute that I don't even care that we haven't done anything wedding.
I started the new job today :-)So far, it's going to be good and not as overwhelming as I feared.
The kids are doing awesome, DD's teacher thinks she falls into the gifted category and the boys are doing awesome. My IL's take over childcare duties tomorrow so we get to keep all of my paycheck for a change!
We had tornadoes on Friday and woke up to about a half inch of snow this morning. Weird and random.
Abby is almost 14 lbs. She is babbling up a storm & mastering the rolling. She is even scooting her knees up under her butt in some feeble attempts at crawling.
I love to hear all the updates on EVERYONE's life. Loin fruit (Imoan-- reference haha, "Shut up, Loin Fruit.") or wedding aside. Let's here about all the pups, and SO's.
Grim, yay for three months!! I hope everything is uneventful until the day you go into labor. Then let the happy baby part be the event!
PS- the board has been really dead lately. I have been hunting for some TIP lately, but maybe one of the lent resolutions for some folks must be to lay off the nest.
Evie is almost 28 months and talking up a storm. She repeats everything you say. Including, "You're drunk."
We're slowly working up to potty training. Exciting stuff!
Oh man! That's cute, but I guess its time to quit swearing, eh? I have to constantly catch myself being a potty mouth. With my luck her first words will be "FFS!" or "shyt!".
I haven't been on here lately but no wedding news and thankfully no baby news :-)
Have been having a run of bad luck but it seems to have turned around so that's good. Getting back into working out and trying a new pain dr. Got a new laptop last night!! And Army Wives is back on and that is exciting for me! lol
