Any WW ladies? How to calculate the 30DS in Activity Points?

Not sure how to put the 30DS in activity points. Seems that I can't even plug in "interval". Any help?

  • On-line, go to the Activity Tracker.  When there, right below activity tracker words, do the pulldown for workouts, click on workouts, and scroll down until you come to The 20 minute Total Body Workout, or whatever you feel might be similar intensity.  The total body workout has choices for intensity and you can enter your time.  Points depend on your weight.

    For me, for the 20-minute total body workout, highest intensity, 30 minutes, was 6 activity points.

    This is what I did as well, but I'm only on level 1 so I put moderate for 30 mins
