Hello all,

 I am a person that is starting to exercise. I am already on a healthy diet and was able to lose 50 lbs just by dieting.  I have had two babies (4 and 1) and my problem now is toning. My arms are flabby and my stomach is a little flabby. I am at a healthy weight (138 lbs at 5'5") and would just like to look better. I have tried the Tony Horton 10 minute workout,  but it just doesn't feel like it is enough. Thoughts or suggestions to get me on track. I would like to feel better by summer.
