Holy hell......all you nesties that stopped watching missed a crazy episode >_>
*Spoilers*
Carl is a brat. Everything the group does seems to be with him in mind and he's just an ungrateful, disobedient punk. I was hoping the zombie by the river would get him. Now look what happened instead....poor Dale
Re: Walking Dead 3/5
Yeah, the kid's an_asshole, but I blame the parents, especially Lori. It's the freakin Zombie Apocalypse, and you don't watch your son? Rick's doing all kinds of stuff to keep them safe, and Lori bitches at him to "think about Carl" and she can't even keep track of the dumb kid? I mean, he's already been shot once, and Sophia turned into a walker, and you have that group of 30 people you're worried about... you know it's dangerous, so how is your kid even out of your sight long enough to get in trouble (and lose a gun? I hope Daryl finds out what happens and sets that kid straight). I can't stand any of the women on the show, but especially not Lori or Andrea. They both annoyed me so much this episode.
And I'm whatever about Dale. He annoyed me with his constant "It's none of my business but..." so I'm kinda glad he's gone. I was irritated that when putting him out of his misery, they had the gun pointed in his face for like five minutes. Do it fast and don't make it even more scary for him, sheesh!
ETA: This isn't a spoiler that I know of, but just a thought that my H and I discussed tonight. Did we ever find out what happened to Merle? Do you think maybe Merle is somehow with Randall's old group? Maybe there'll be some drama and conflict with Daryl if Merle somehow comes back. Daryl's my fave, so more time with him is a good thing to me.
I was drinking a bottle of wine and was just abotu finished at the end of the show. I lost my shiit when he died. I was saying earlier how he was just about the only one I liked. What a little shiit Carl is. I mean, I get that he's a kid. But it's like he was out there trying to be all hard and then just gave up when things got real.
I was getting really upset by how they're treating that prisoner. Like, ok, I get that you don't want him to get lose. But why the hell do you have to abuse him? Sure, he shot at you. But we're you shooting at him too? I mean, it's life or death, you do what you gotta do. But Daryl hitting him and Shane losing his mind on him is beyond extreme.
OMG. Exactly what I was thinking. She's just hanging out back at camp not wondering where her kid is when her husband is going to execute someone? Really? Didn't want to make SURE he didn't walk in on that? NO ONE was wondering where he was either? And when he showed up with mud all over him, didn't wonder what he had been doing wandering around by himself? Stupid Lori. I swear. I really wonder about these writers sometimes...
I've said before I wonder where Merle is. His hand was cut off so we know he escaped. I'm waiting for him to be with Randall's group.
As for Randall....why would anyone share a story about rape with captors who want you dead? It does not make you endearing or help your cause in anyway. At that point, I was like - quit beating the guy and just get it over with. Idiot.
Dale. Ugh. What a way to go. That was graphic. Assuming Andrea will take up the morality cause in his place.

I don't like the whole prisoner thing in general. They seemed a lot more forgiving last season. Like when Glenn risked himself to save Rick, and the whole thing with the nursing home. Now suddenly they are torturing this kid and not listening to anything he has to say? I'm pretty sure he's going to live since it was basically Dale's last wish.
I kinda assumed Merle was dead and that's how he came to help Darryl that one time, but that could just as easily be explained by saying he was just hearing his brother's voice in his head. So I dunno.
OMG, I am so glad I'm not the only one thinking what a little a#*hole Carl has become. After the episode my H said "Boy, ever since that kid got shot he has turned into a little sh#t!" LOL.
And, at the beginning of the episode I said "I really wish they would leave the farm, because in every single episode I am dreading one of the horses or cows getting eaten alive." And sure enough....poor cow!!!!!!! That was more upsetting to me than Dale...well, almost!
Yea, I don't get the prisoner thing. They save him from getting eaten by zombies, but then they torture him and then plan his execution. That is an awful lot of time and resources wasted!!!
And as far as Carl - I am wondering if this is going to come up in another episode, that guy is going to find his gun is missing, he'll probably ask around, Carl will lie (or no one will bother asking him) and then they will all fight about it.. just a possibility. Or, he'll need it for self defense against zombies or when other people show up, and there won't be a gun. Looks like Rick needs to take back his hat!!!
Yea. Poor Dale. That just sucked. I felt like after his lecture on the last bit of humanity, the irony is then he's out of the picture. I liked what he said about how they'll all go to their tents and pretend nothing happened.. sounds about right..
(Oh and I was wondering if that was a zombie cow..)

Carl will go back for the gun. I think Andrea will convince the group to have compassion for the prison because that's what Dale would have wanted. And I do believe that Merle will be with the group that Randall came from.
Yeah, seeing him throw rocks/torture the walker is pretty scary, considering his age, etc. I'm assuming that's the point, though, that this is the world they live in now (and what does that say for the baby, who will grow up only knowing this world - assuming she has the baby).
I was pretty indifferent toward Dale, but I still couldn't help but be annoyed at Carl and Lori/Rick. Watch your freaking kid, dudes.
