  Why can't it be in Pennsylvania!? I think it's gorgeous - especially your wide plank floors! Seriously, this is exactly the type of house we're looking for. The thing I would be curious about is the closet space since houses built in that time period tend to have small ones. If you have a decent sized closet it the master I would put a picture up.

  I would mention that there are two in the listing. Any educated buyer would expect small closets, so I wouldn't worry too much. I have a ridiculous amount of clothing (DH currently has no space in our 10'x5' walk in) but I'm flexible on closet space in exchange for charm.

  Why are you moving!? Your house is gorgeous. I was curious about the closet space as well, but it sounds like you should be fine regardless.

  The house looks great.  I'm big on yard size, so I'd probably throw in a few more yard pics.  Maybe one facing the pool looking away from the house to capture how nice and large your yard is? 

  It's so funny to see pics of houses on the other side of the country in climates different from mine.  You have pictures of things and I don't even know what they are!  And I've never seen the units running along the baseboards, I assume that's for heat or something?  Can you tell I've never lived in a cold climate?!

  Is there any way to get a picture of the bathrooms, particularly the master?  The two areas I always check the pictures on are kitchens (yours looks great!) and bathrooms, so not seeing any bathroom pictures makes me wonder a bit.

  I haven't had a chance to look through all the photos yet, but the pumpkins in the first photo stuck out to me.  It makes it look as though your home has been on the market since the fall.  A minor thing, but updated photos might be a good idea.
