So found out yesterday Mark had to fly to Boston this morning. The day was okay, but started out with babysitter an hour and a half late due to the snow we got and no salt on the roads. Not her fault but its a pain. Sat in a meeting all afternoon and had an okay evening.
So today is voting day in Ohio- I head to the polls to vote before Charlotte goes to the sitter and I realize I dont have my drivers license(its in Marks wallet in Boston). I also have no bill in my name - not even my car. UGH. They feel pity on me and let me use another bill and a photo id to get a provisional ballot. We have a school levy on the ballot and I needed to cast my opinion. While filling out paperwork, Charlotte starts grunting. I know what that means. I smell something terrible and realize she has pooped out of her diaper. This is all over her skirt, on my work pants and is making me panic. I cannot walk out of the voting booth until I am done, so I pull her skirt down over her bottom more and use it to wipe off my pants. I get her to the car in time to realize her ENTIRE outfit is covered. I have to change her in my car its 27 degrees and I am a mess.
Someone please tell me March is going to get better. February was a bear enough- it has to get easier. How is your month going?
Re: My morning of hell- how is your week going?
It will get better. Promise!
I just got bible thumped at work today. I guess after being here for 5 years I needed to be saved.
In other news we are doing awful at our no spending March. Good friend's baby shower was Saturday and of course we all went out to dinner and spent more than we should.
Sorry Kel, that sounds rough:(
You are a great mommy!!

Poop seems to be the theme these days -- Samma's tummy has been bothering her again and we were having explosive diapers all last night. Ugh....
Hope it gets better!

Oh that sucks!
Charlie poo'd ALL.OVER the place during church on Sunday. Right before his baptism. Luckily I brought enough extra clothes and it didn't get on me!
I hope your day gets better!
You guys give me so much to look foward to! ;-)
Robin went through a spell last year where a mystery 2nd grader was pooping in gym. Wouldn't say anything. They'd just find poop on the gym floor. So sometimes now when I'm having a really crappy (hehe) day, I think "Well, at least no one sh!t on my floor today." The moral of the story, Kel: Things can only go up from here.
What's the saying about March..."It comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb"
I guess this March is just a big pooping lion around all around; it'll get better
I don't have any gross poop stories -- not even from work!
I certainly hope March gets better for you, Kelly! ((hugs))
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
I hope so- not that I planned on my day being about poop stories, but you know.
DD- that is hilarious. The things I hear from teacher friends are hilarious - have to add this to the list.
February was rough- hopefully this is the Lion period of March and it will go out like a lamb!
