Any Medical Science Liaisons?
DH is in the interview process with a pharmaceutical company. This would be his first time working (if he gets an offer) as an MSL. We know there is a lot of travel involved, but we are not sure what are the performance measures in this line of work. Is it how many contacts you made, how much sales you had, etc. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Also how stable these positions are? Is there a high turn over? Although the salary is much higher than what he is getting paid right now, but if the job security is not there, it's not really worth it for us.
