Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

looks like a 1/2 marathon is in the works...
for my tiny little island! United Health used to pair up w/ Amica Insurance and put on a 1/2 and full marathon in Newport, RI in October - looks like United is doing their own thing this year...they are planning a 1/2 marathon in neighboring Jamestown (my hometown!) in July instead. DH is the fire marshal here so I got the inside scoop

Oh wow....looks like I won't be running the 1/2 marathon in Newport this year afterall. That's disappointing.
I flat out refuse to race in July. I am the biggest baby in the heat and humidity.
United Health sponsors more than one half marathon. The Newport half is on the Amica website. No worries, plenty of room for half marathons.
