I got it!
I just got called in and they approved the salary increase I requested. It is a 10% increase and apparently I'm one of only 3 people that got salary increases approved this year. I'm happy with 10%... I didn't have a magic number in mind.
My co team lead asked for 30%, a work phone (there's no reason for us to have a work cell), more PTO, flexible work schedule, no late shift nights, off the phones full time, no incidents in her queue. She made me look like a freakin' angel. She's going to be PIIIIIIISSED.

Thanks! I'm so proud I had the courage to ask... I HATE talking about money. It makes me feel all uncomfortable---- even if it's money I'm completely due.
