Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Help!!!!!
Tomorrow I have clinicals and I am starting to come down with a cold. Sore throat, and sinus headache.
Do you have in home remedies that I can try? I did take some nyquil, and I am sipping on some (as hot as I can stand) Earls Grey. Anything else you ladies got?

That might be a problem lol, sleeping hurts since I had rotator cuff surgery. I will take a pain pill and really try lol.
