Is there a site or way to make your own map of a city?
Specifically I'd like to have a map of a city/area and locate points/addresses on it. Is this somethign you can do with Google maps and then print out?
Or would I be better off taking a map file (jpeg or pdf) and adding my own points to locate items?
I hope this makes sense

FTW.
Yes; while Google maps is nice and can locate things, there's not associated with which marker is which place if you print it out so you still have to do some labeling yourself.

Thanks, that's a good idea. I've just been copying the map image into powerpoint and labeling myself.
We have popout maps for wandering too; but for places like restaurants and stuff, I like the idea of making a map and seeing the general vicinity where it's in; then I could actually locate how to get there on the popout map
