So I just started running again about 3 or so weeks ago. Well this past week I have gotten a pain up the inside of my shin. Is that a type of shin splint? I thought they were on the front of the shins? I can feel it when I run, but not on the muscle, only when I press on the side of the shin. I have been gtaking IBprofin & icing it this last few days.
So tell me H&F what is this & what can I do for it??
Thanks

I got them about 2 years ago, but haven't been running really. Yea I got them at a real running store, they even had a treadmill in there to test the shoes before you buy them.
But yes, I think I need new shoes either way. Since Had a baby last year so I think* my feet have changed some.
Thanks ladies.
