yes i was sucked in by the infomercial....any body try the new jillian michael's body revolution system? i did order it...excited to start and i was wondering what any one who has tried it thinks about it? and what is the diet like....

i am on week one. i think it is good..she has two options for your first week, a double workout-to jumpstart, or just start doing the regular 1 workout. im doing a double, because i am used to doing hour workouts..and may keep doing it that way.
i have not started following the meal plan, but intend to, as close as possible. the foods are doable, and if you eat fish, really doable. She has the meal plan listed for every day of the 90 days.
yep 30 minutes, non stop. i understand being a working mom...the workouts are my escape
