I have no idea what I'll eat for lunch but I'm sure it won't be as delicious as all of yours. Except Gaultipoo's, it'll def be better than that. :x
I eat six meals a day, so yes. It's formulated and doctor-approved and nutritionally sound and all that.
I eat 5 or 6 times a day too, but a lot more than that every time! Hmmmm... which could be part of why I had to ask DH yesterday if he thought I was getting "thicker" as I approach 30.
The medifast pretzels are more substantial than run of the mill grocery store snacks, right?
