Planned eating/exercise for Wednesday

B: 1/2 decaf coffee w/ cream, oats w/ cinnamon, 1T pb & 1/2 a banana

S: orange

L: 3 small slices of leftover homemade pizza (peppers, black olives, turkey sausage), an apple

S: non-fat yogurt

D: venison stew, hopefully it turns out.  I tried a new slow cooker recipe.

E: maybe an easy 3 mile run if I have time.  we are going shopping for tiling & paint for our kitchen and need to empty out all of our cabinets tonight so the demo can start tomorrow.

    E - leg strength workout + running. I think I'm doing 4 miles of intervals today.

    L: Leftover sauteed chickpeas, broccoli and tomatoes over brown rice; nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt OR out for Greek food with coworkers (Greek salad, roasted chicken, veggies, pita and hummus)

    D: Leftover grilled chicken, ww pasta w/ pesto and broccoli OR homemade lentil black bean soup

    E2: 5 mile run

  • 1 cup black tea w/almond milk

    B: granola w/ pumpkin seeds, raisins, almonds and choc coconut milk

    L: ww pasta w/ shitaki mushroom,celery cream sauce

    D: not sure, family will be eating deer burgers-I'll probably have a salad.

  • B: skinny caramel macchiato, lots of greek yogurt (a school breakfast buffet *and* my yogurt!), strawberries, blueberries, and a Kashi bar all mixed together.  YUM.

  • B:  Half a piece of banana bread I made for DS last night and coffee with vanilla creamer

    L:  Leftover bbq brisket from DS's bday party and some crock pot mustard greens. I got mustard greens in my bushel and had no idea how to cook them.  So into the crock pot they go.

    S:  Fage and blueberries 

    D:  Tofu fried rice with carrots, corn, brocoli and edamame.

    E:  Probably a 6 mile run.  We'll see how far my knees will let me run tonight.  They've been giving me problems ever since my half a few weeks ago. 

  • A random c25k day on my app i think i picked a day in week 4 maybe?and level 2 ds prob some yoga meltdown later too

    B: 2 cups of coffee. I forgot to bring peanut butter for my toast.

    L: tomato-basil soup, broccoli/cauliflower, piece of bread (intended to be toast this morning), strawberries

  • I'm late again, but...

    B: bagel thin w/pb and organic grape jelly, small glass of Cranberry-Grape juice watered down by 1/3

    L: Potluck at work, so I grazed on: white bean and chicken chili with cheese, salad, veggies, small piece of cornbread, small cut up turkey spinach wrap,  tofu & pasta salad, and a few other thing. Oh, and a piece of homemade cheesecake, unsweet tea

    D: Probably a bowl of cereal since I'm so full from lunch

    S1: Clif Bar, if needed

    E: horseback riding
