Buying A Home

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

question for the landlords/landladies

if your renters approached you and said they wanted to buy the property they rent from you, would you sell?

Assuming the price was right, you don't mind working through a sale with them, etc. 

(It is not currently listed for sale, but we know he'll be listing it in the next few years. We also know we risk paying more than if we negotiated for a place already listed for sale, but we love it here and it's worth it for us to not have to move.)

Are we being wishful, first-time buyer, dreamers (aka idiots)?
