Those look incredible. I can't wait to hear how they come out!
I'm totally gonna bastardize it and use pre-made cookie dough and boxed brownie mix, but I also think I'm gonna go the route of Double-Stuffed oreos and make it awesome.

I would 100% do the same thing. Right down to the Double Stufs. Take a picture of how they turn out, they sound amazing.
