Starting the dating process
I am newly single, it has been a yr and a half since I've been separated from my ex and 2 1/2 mnths since the divorce was final. I've been on one date during shortly after we separated and realized I obviously wasn't ready to date. Now I am definitely over my ex and ready to date again. I met a guy and he asked me to dinner, but I have been hesistant on going out with him b/c I know he's not my type and nothing will probably ever go anywhere with him. Part of me is telling me to just go out to dinner/drinks with him and have fun and the other part of me is saying why waste your time. I know that I don't want anything serious right now and I just want to have fun. Would you go on a date with somebody even if you knew that might be the ONLY date you go on with that person but you knew that you would have fun? I just want to casually date, so maybe this person could help me get back into the dating scene.......

Do it!!! And then be sure to report back with details regarding the date. Especially if it's bad....nothing better than a date gone wrong story!
But I'm pulling for you. I hope you're pleasantly surprised and have a wonderful date!!!
All of this!
