One review I read said that William H. Macy is "horribly miscast".

I actually like this season a lot more than last season.
That excites me as I am only about the 7th episode into Season 1 and love it! I agree this show has a lot of energy and its one of my new favorites. I dont have Showtime though so I'll have to wait for Season 2 on DVD
