What do you eat for breakfast?

I need some new ideas. I rotate and eat a different flavor of greek yogurt and some almonds. I need something new. I am lazy though and don't want to cook anything.

Anyone have any ideas?

Re: What do you eat for breakfast?

  • A Clif Builder's bar in mint flavor, pretty much every morning. 20g of protein!

  • I eat different stuff and it is by no means healthy. This morning I had a blueberry muffin. I really like the blueberry waffles. I sometimes will scramble me an egg. The mornings I don't have anything I like the walmart brand special k bars.

  • Lately I've been making a crustless spinach quiche on the weekends. Then I reheat a piece of it each day before work.
  • I like a filling breakfast with lots of protein.  For the last few months it's been a protein shake (frozen raspberries, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and milk to fill the cup), and a toasted English muffin w/ PB and sliced banana.

  • For the past two weeks I've been having vanilla greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and some granola.

The other things I have frequently are egg muffins with spinach and cheese, wheat bagel thins with peanut butter, or cereal.

  • I had a smoothie with strawberries, a kiwi, a little orange juice, 2 cups of spinach and 1/3 of an avocado.

  • I eat a Luna Bar or a smoothie.

  • My go to the past few weeks has been a cheese string, piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana

  • Sprouted grain toast, almond butter, plain yogurt, a crap ton of fruit and some granola.
  • Smoothie with diet blueberry juice or Silk soy vanilla milk, a handful of frozen berries, protein powder, and a Tbsp of chia seed.

Or 2 scrambled eggs (microwave in a round bowl) on an English muffin or bagel thin.

Or a tortilla with jalapenos and cheese (microwave quesadilla)

  • Most days I stop at Subway for an egg white, bacon and cheese English muffin.
