Re: what's on your spring cleaning to do list?

  • You're "supposed to" flip your mattress every time you change the clocks. I'm going to wash the walls and clean out my closets!

  • Windows is the biggie.  We have over fifty windows in our house, and they are a bit streaky from the winter.  It is still too cold here (snow is still on the ground) and it will have to wait for another month at least.

  • We just bought the house and I've been working my way cleaning every inch of it, so I don't have my inside spring-cleaning to do this year. In our previous house, I definitely had to clean the blinds and fans each spring. (Although I should've done the fans way more often than that!)

Outside stuff -- Last weekend, we cleaned out the yard and garden (it was still full of leaves from the fall/winter). We're getting our gutters cleaned out next week, and I'll have some trees around the house trimmed soon after that.
