Are Kashi Go Lean Crunchy bars a healthy snack?
Re: Are Kashi Go Lean Crunchy bars a healthy snack?
That all depends on your needs and wants in a day. I mean, a cookie could be a healthy snack if you need some sugar and carbs in your diet, KWIM?
I guess if it fits into your daily needs and doesn't have too much of one thing or another, they would be good.

I hate you very much
170 calories for 8 g of protein doesn't impress me. I've been tempted to buy these but have held off for this reason. I'd rather have...
1/8 c wheat germ (1.5 g fat, 50 cal, 2 g fiber, 3 g protein)
1 c raspberries (1 g fat, 65 cal, 8 g fiber, 1 g protein)
6 oz. Chobani plain (0 g fat, 100 cal, 0 fiber, 18 g protein)
215 calories, 2.5 g fat, 10 g fiber, 22 g protein
Kashi Bar:
170 calories, 5 g fat, 5 g fiber, 8 g protein

There are better and worse options. At the end of the day, probably healthier than what many would choose.
My kid sometimes eat one for breakfast so there is that.
eh, if we are out of fruit for the week, I might grab one of these but I tend not to buy them since I used rely on them too much.
I rather have my dark chocolate pieces instead of the Kashi bar
