Cafe Rio Chicken - review

I had a packet of zesty italian dressing, and so I prepared it (1/2 cup of oil!) and I wish I had just used the packet seasoning and water only. It was still good, but kinda greasy.
I shred chicken in my kitchen aid now, and so it was ultra-shredded and doesn't look as pretty as the picture.
I had mine with avocado and cheese in soft tacos. It's not spicy at all, but very flavorful, so if you want some kick add a salsa or hot sauce.
