London to Paris via Eurostar
We have a flight arriving to London at 10am, what time should we realistically book train tickets to travel to Paris via Eurostar? I have never been to London so I have no idea what is a realistic time table for our transfer from Heathrow (just planning on taking the Underground) to St. Pancras Station and then boarding our train. I am so anxious about this part of our trip and would love some insight! Thanks!

Re: London to Paris via Eurostar
Are the tickets transferable if your flight is delayed and you need to catch a later train than you booked?
I think 2pm seems that a decent enough time cushion.
For customs, to be safe, I'd plan on an hour. My parents flew in from US to LHR and also into LHR from Turkey in the past 2.5 wks about both times it took about an hour or more to go through customs; and they said the lines weren't even that long, it was just inefficient.

did you check flight prices?
I would allow 2 hours to get through customs and collect bags and 1.5 hours to get to St Pancras if using the tube. You need to be check in a minimum of 30 mins before your train so I would book 2.30pm at the earliest.
You also should get food in the station before you go through to the eurostar terminal as there is only Cafe Nero inside.
