While it was really yummy, if I make it again it would be on a weekend day. It took a long time to make
I made these crockpot chicken tacos. I added bell pepper, mushrooms, and black beans to beef it up a bit. Nothing too impressive, but a good, easy crockpot meal I'll start making a lot. It made a ton, too, so I'll use the leftovers for taco salad sometime this weekend.
