B: 2 eggs scrambled in butter with hot sauce and tomato slices on rosemary tortilla, multivitamin, black coffee
S1: banana
L: date with DH (yay!)
S2: plain chobani, nature valley oats n dark chocolate
S3: apple, almonds (if needed)
D: left over chili

E1: taking the horse out after work
E2: possibly lifting after barn

    B: Chocolate protein shake with almond milk and blueberries

    L: Lentil soup

    D: Going out for DH's birthday! Will have a salad with grilled salmon and walnuts, and probably a beer or two :)

    L: out, our kitchen is demolished!  probably salad bar from Busch's.  it's lent so no meat Friday.  an apple too.

    L: I think I'll have to grab something, I'll be off site for most of the afternoon

    D: Meeting friends at a favorite Italian place.  I'll probably have a salad, pasta w/ pomodoro sauce and a Moretti.

    E: 45 minute bike trainer ride & swim 

    S: accel gel between bike & swim; recovery drink after swim

    L: tuna on whole grain with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes; carrot sticks & Greek yogurt

    S: nature valley bar & hot tea

    D: subway veggie sandwich & apple slices on the road. Traveling tonight

    S: coffee & probably a nitro grain bar or something light  

  • B - coffee w/milk, sliced fruit, 1 egg scrambled with diced orange peppers & a little bit of jack cheese

    S - Nugo bar

    L - chicken pasta casserole, Greek yogurt, veggies with dip

    S - fruit

    D - homemade chicken caesar salad

    E - Run & strength (arms)

    E: 9.3 mile run. Last long run before Shamrock!! Well, how did THAT happen??

    S: banana, choc raspberry Luna bar

    L: leftover vegetarian chili, cous cous, whatever else I can dig up from the fridge

    S: TBA. Maybe pita chips and hummus, and strawberries

    D: cheese tortellini w/ tomatoes, peppers, and zucchini

    1 cup of tea w/ almond milk

    B: maple pecan granola w/ pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds. w/ coconut choc milk.

    S: 1 cup coffee w/ choc coconut milk (it's coffee day), 1 banana w/almond butter, cocoa bean, sesame seeds, hemp hearts.

    L: salmon w/ raw cauliflower and broccoli

    S: orange, handful of almonds, cashews, pistachios, cranberries, choc chips.

    D: taco salad made w/ veggie ground, (going to my sisters surprise mexican potluck supper, so I'm sure there will be more to eat plus cake and lets not forget the wine)

    L: half of a leftover guinea grinder (my cheat day!)
