My foot arch feels bruised?
The arch (near the back toward my heel) feels bruised. It feels like maybe I stepped on something hard like a rock. I didn't, but I did have a hot stone massage and she vigorously rubbed a rock into my foot arch. Do you think that could have caused it to feel bruised? I've had plantar fasciitis before and it felt different from this.
