Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thankful Thursday
Hey girls. What are we thankful for today? I am thankful for Panera Bread Broccoli Cheese soup and the asiago roast beef sandwich which I had for dinner. I am also thankful for an update to the Where's My Water game. I played for the last hour and a half and got through it all and collected all the ducks for the new updated levels. :-) It was a nice surprise and a fun distraction for me tonight!

I amthankful that I pushed to not have any lectures on Fridays. One, b/c I can then still wear jeans on Fridays & two, b/c it's nice to have a day to do other stuff.
I am also thankful for the eagerness of students. I have two students who will be working in my lab soon- and one offered to do some boring, grunt work kinda stuff last night. Which was AWESOME... it saved me an hour of work at the end of a very long day!! I totally forgot how exciting it can be just to be in the lab. My reward for him- new computer & place for him to sit
